Kalami’s bay constitutes a famous location situated to the northeast of Corfu, about 30km away from Corfu’s town. It constitutes an ever-developing resort with a variety of beach facilities offered to visitors.

The area of Kalami is widely-known for the White House of the Durrell family, where the family of the eminent author Gerald Durrell lived. This house affords panoramic views to the beach of Kalami.
Regarding the beach of Kalami, it constitutes a lovely shingle, boasting crystalline and still waters, being ideal for families with children. It is notable that various boat tours are being organized in the area, departing from the bay of Kalami.
Along the bay you will find plentiful taverns, while on the central street there are supermarkets, where you can buy products needed for comfortable living, and bars for unforgettable night out.
Finally, Kalami is a great spot for diving, since there are rock formations emerging from the sea at both sides of Kalami’s bay.
